CTO at NCSC Summary: weeks ending May 26th - July 7th
UK General Election special edition.. bye bye for now.
Welcome to a special edition of this newsletter.
In light of the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom calling a General Election on the 4th July, this will be the last update before the Government heads into the pre-election period, and external communications are restricted.
Rest assured I will be back again afterwards, with all the usual weekly highlights and analysis.
But before I sign off, I would like to point you in the direction of a variety of guidance developed and published by the NCSC, all of which is worth considering during this time.
As ever, cyber security hygiene remains relevant to all of us, regardless of direct involvement in the upcoming election or not.
Back soon.
